How to migrate from oracle 9i to 11gr2 by using exp/imp ?

Hi Team,

I want to migrate full database from Oracle 9i to 11gR2 by using export and import Method.Can you please explain step by step for the same.

Old database
==========
OS:-Solaris 10 64 bit
Database :- 9.2.0.4

New database
=============
OS:-windows 2008 64 bit
Database :- 11.2.0.2

Hi.

It's pretty simple really.

1) Export the 9i database using the 9i version of exp, present in the ORACLE_HOME/bin directory on the database server.
2) Import the resulting dump file into the 11g database using the 11g version of imp, present in the ORACLE_HOME\bin directory of the Window server.
