Hi.

1) It is not clear what the relationship between the two tables is, or what the rules you have to work by are.

2) The way you've phrased your question, requiring 1 SQL and 2 PL/SQL solutions, suggests this has been set as some sort of question or assignment for you to complete. As a result, even if I understood your question, it would be wrong of me to give you an answer as you would not have learned the lesson.
