subscribtion to Topics?

Postby arramad » Sun Apr 17, 2011 4:38 am

Hi Tim,
I looked at the Control Panel and couldn't see a way to receive messages whenever someone replies to my post. And there is no such thing as subscription to Topics. Is there away to do that in your forums?

Hi.

If you email is correct in your profile, you will receive a message for every answer to any thread you've started, or replied to. If you are not getting a message, it means it is getting blocked by you side (either refused or marked as spam). They are definitely being sent.

Cheers

my email is set up correctly...
I checked the spam/trash boxes..
I never received a message from this forums...except when I request a new password (bec sometimes , for no reason!, it doesn't accept the same exact password I have used before!)

Hi.

Have no idea what your problem is. I receive messages all the time from this forum. If you click on the "User Control Panel" link on the top-left, then click on the "Board Preferences" tab. All the notification options are there. If they are set correctly you should be getting the mails. If you are not, then I would suggest you are somehow blocking it.

Cheers
