Hi.

1) Using brain dumps is considered cheating by Oracle. Anyone who uses brain dumps can have their certification removed. Asking on a public forum or mailing list is a good way of getting yourself marked as a cheat, and therefore having your certification removed.

2) I've not done the WebLogic exam, so I'm not in a position to advise on how to pass it.
