Rievers said...DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST_SIZE must be set before DB_RECOVERY_FILE_DEST, so in your example it's backwards. Result would be error message.

Managing Backup Duration and Throttling, but nothing is mentioned of Throttling only Duration, am I missing something?
