I am running into this issue whereby, after db reboot, the wallet tablespace is not open. I am thinking that Oracle should be able to restart/reopen everything. Please clarify...thanks. Running Oracle 11gR.
Not sure what you mean by "wallet tablespace". If you are talking about tablespace encryption, I've added an example of the startup process here:
