How to create multiple instances in oracle dba

Hi tim

I am using VM Ware Workstation. i want to install oracle 10g and 11 g versions on Redhat linux using VM Ware. I want to configure multiple databases for practice purpose. Can you please guide me on how to install multiple databases on red hat linux. To configure rman, dataguard, expdp i want to create multiple databases and practice them..

Please provide guidance.

Your question is very vague. I can't possibly give you a how-to that covers all those subjects in a single post. Instead I will point you at the documents on my website that cover those subjects.
