my virtual box version is 4.1.26 r84997
while googling how to reboot virtual box using dvd,
I could not find a solution to do acheive the above.
also from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/User_HOWTOS I could not find anything regarding booting up with DVD iso
when I place DVD and click start to start the already installed virtual box virtual machine, I press F12
During the bootup it did not detect DVD, so is there a way to reboot an already installed virutal machine with a dvd-iso?
- Turn off the VM.
- Edit the storage options of the VM to make sure the DVD is available.
- Alter the boot order of the VM, so the DVD is before the hard disk.
- Start the VM.
