It would like to understand this, to see if these values are correct. Obs.: I tried to make a procedure of oracle of tuning, that to modify the value of ksms.o (genksms - s 0x15000000 ksms.s) ai I noticed that the instancia does not go up will be with shared_pool_size with more than 500M, when I come back the value of ksms.o toward 0x50000000 and make relink again it leaves I to more than go up the instancia with 500MB that is mine in case that I am going up with 1260M.

That is a seriously big shared pool!. I think you would be better server setting it to about 1 tenth the size and using the space for the db cache like:
The db cache holds the cached data so it generally needs more space than the shared pool. Making the shared pool too big can reduce performance as the cleanup algorithms can become less efficient. Experiment from this base.
