Hi.

You can write your own start/stop scripts based on those commands in the article. Once you have those working correctly, you can create a service to call them by following the instructions here.

In the scripts section, should

$ nohup $DOMAIN_NAME/bin/startNodeManager.sh > /dev/null 2>&1 &

be

$ nohup $DOMAIN_HOME/bin/startNodeManager.sh > /dev/null 2>&1 &

aka, *NAME* -> *HOME*?

Hi.

I've corrected the typo. Thanks for the heads-up.

Hello,

I'd like to ask why did you install using the fmw_12.2.1.2.0_infrastructure instead of the fmw_12.2.1.2.0_wls.

What are the differences?

Thank you!

Hi.

I only use WebLogic as a base for other product, like OBIEE, ODI or Oracle Forms. These require Infrastructure. If you are just using basic WebLogic, feel free to install that. :)
