Excellent article with the sole exception of one significant, yet missing, piece of information: Where did you get 21.3?
I've found them online, the online SQL Reference doc doesn't acknowledge their existence, and the OCI cloud only offers 21.1.
So, would you be so kind as to clarify how you know Immutable Tables are released in 21.3 given that 21.3 is not released?
