I ma getting the following error while running this procduere. please suggest..

It looks like you have a mistake in your XML document.

I used the same example given in the link https://oracle-base.com/articles/9i/ParseXMLDocuments9i.php
And I replaced the '/EMPLOYEES/EMP' with '/' then it is not giving me any errors but it is inserting null values into the table and it is parsing through the loop only once.Am I missing something here?I posted a question on the forum too

After successful installed apex, my browser load but not display anything. What I only see is http://localhost:8080/apex/f?p=4550:10:17212012326389

APEX hasn't got anything to do with this article. :)

It looks like a character set issue to me. I guess you should be using UTF8 on your database, not an APEX guy though.

I suggest you post this question on the APEX forums at OTN.
