I knew Windows was bloatware, but Running Windows With No Services? Is it really that bloated?
Perhaps all the services are included just to cripple competitors products, in a similar fashion to the latest release of IE7 (IE7 nukes Google, Yahoo! search).
Have you ever worked with Windows Enterprise Server? Very little difference between that and a proper server. No bloat anywhere. And no unnecessary services either, unless of course you call for them.
