Hi.

Possible? Yes. You could have a compute node acting as a NFS server. Sensible? No. I don't think I would go that route. If you are planning to use the cloud, try and use the cloud. Use one of the available services, that support RAC.

I wonder if both nodes having exactly the same IP addresses is a mere typo (both eth1, eth2)?

Node1: enp0s8: IP=192.168.56.101

Yes. It's a typo. You will see it's done correctly through the rest of the article. Just that summary at the start which is incorrect. I've fixed it now. Thanks for letting me know. :)
