If you backup whilst connected to the catalog, I recommend people read Metalink doc: 577600.1

Quote "Do not use 11G catalog with oracle database"

# Oracle 11g Syntax.
ARCHIVELOG DELETION POLICY {CLEAR | TO {APPLIED ON [ALL] STANDBY |
BACKED UP integer TIMES TO DEVICE TYPE deviceSpecifier |
NONE | SHIPPED TO [ALL] STANDBY}
[ {APPLIED ON [ALL] STANDBY | BACKED UP integer TIMES TO DEVICE TYPE deviceSpecifier |
NONE | SHIPPED TO [ALL] STANDBY}]...}

isn't it duplicated ?

There is syntax error.
There is example:
$ rman @'/tmp/backup.cmd' USING DB_20070108 ARCH_20070108

However, RMAN syntax for @ says:
Do not use quotes around the string or leave whitespace between the @ keyword and the file name.

Hi.

Can you point me the doc reference that says this?

All examples in the manual use the single-quotes. The CMDFILE explanation includes a specific mention of why quotes can be used.
