Fedora 40 and Oracle

Fedora 40 was released over a month ago. Here comes the standard warning.

• Do not install Oracle on Fedora before reading this!

Here are the usual suspects.

• Fedora 40 (F40) Installation
• Oracle Database 19c Installation On Fedora 40 (40)
• Oracle Database 21c Installation On Fedora 40 (40)

If you want to try these you will need to build a Fedora 40 box. You can do that using Packer. There is an example of that here.
