I just spotted the statement, “Hygienically Clean”, on the side of a Carex liquid soap dispenser. I suppose that’s alot better than “Unhygienically Clean”, or “Hygienically Dirty”.
I’ll sleep safer tonight… 🙂

You forgot “Unhygeinically dirty”. Either that’s redundant and bad or a double negative and on par with “hygeinically clean”.
