Impressive story. Unfortunately, not uncommon at all in the neck of the woods. Nice to see this person had the nerve to publicize it. He’s right, it just isn’t right to not even bother to try returning someone else’s property. Bookmarked so I can go back in a few days to see what finally came of it, as now I am totally interested in the outcome.
